Shenandoah Valley
Lower Valley includes: Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah and Warren counties.
Central Valley includes: Augusta, Bath, Highland, Rockbridge and Rockingham counties.
Upper Valley includes: Alleghany, Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke counties.
